Terrible service
The worst service delivery ever since it became sizwe hosmed. I have been trying to get a service provider paid from my pmb benefits since March 2021. Every time I call or email I speak to a different person whom give me instructions but I get no feedback even when I mail the complaints email. This has been going on for a year and it seems this year is going to be the same
