Terrible service
I resigned from the medical aid on the 30th of October, termination date end of November, it is now the 3rd of December, and I have not had any feedback form the, when I look my latest certificate, it shows that we are still active. I have tried phoning on numerous occasions the lady that I dealt with and sent 4 emails already but got no response. I need my termination certificate as soon as possible.
