Terrible service

I am going through all these complaints, and i am going through the exact same experience, since Hosmed joined with Sizwe, or the name change things have gone from bad to worse, i cant get any of my claims paid, if and when they do pay its all part payments, and no reason why the full payment is not done. 2 hospital visits where part payments have been done, specialists in hospital not paid, pathology in hospital not paid in full, what is happening, and i have a few emails to prove it was escalated and supposed to be looked at by a higher body, but sjoe niemand kom terug nie - dus net dood. and now i have doctors secrataries calling us non stop for payment. and mind you this is not a free service - we actually have a hefty medical aid contribution monthly. please can someone help me
