Terrible Admin & customer Services

I am fed up with this medical aid.. Their admin section/ customer care is one of the worst i have ever encountered. I have been with them since February 2021. They were fast in helping me getting my medical aid...and fast in taking my money. But when i am trying to get someone to help me with my medical aid claims....****... everyone disappears. I have emailed NUMEROUS times (19 times to be exact). All that i get is that my query has been resolved, yet no one came back to me. i called and the rude lady, just told me to submit to queries.. When i tell her i did, she just says, they will send me an email when they receive it. No email received as of yet.. I really am just going to cancel my medical aid with them...
