Tax certificate
I have been trying to get my tax certificate for when I was a member to submit to SARS. Their website is practically unusable and their email is equally as useless. I received an email saying they do not have any records for my tax certificate.
Where can I get assistance? Is there anywhere that I can report this medical scheme for refusing to give me a tax certificate. Surely this isn't ethical.
I am so glad I left this medical aid. I absolutely will never recommend it to anyone.
