Suspended without notification

Since the merger there service has become disgraceful. After debiting my timeously each they ramdon decided to suspend for no reason and not pay my claims. When I call they can't give me a reason for the suspension. They also did not inform or notify me that my child dependent will be moved an adult dependent even thought when I call and speak to consultants they say I had to be given notification. They not willing to refund for their error. Hosmed was amazing but this merger and incompetence and frustration has got me looking into changing my medical Aid. I have been loyal to hosmed since childhood (15 + years) but now I'm so disappointed in there customer service and communication that I will not recommend them anymore!!!
