Suspended Membership
Good Day
Our membership was suspended due to a short payment. I have been paying the contributions every month. In January 2021 I called the Call centre to obtain the new contributions for 2021 and was given an amount of R5267. Our contribution was behind for 3 months for an amount of R294, which does not make sense at all. How can it be behind for 3 months only if I have been paying the new amount since Jan 2021? Did Contributions go up again in Feb / Mar 2021?
Regardless, I have subsequently paid the Outstanding amount and one of your Agents (Molly Nkohla) promised to escalate the issue to get the Membership activated again.
I have called in multiple times and left multiple messages for Molly (and sent her a few follow up emails) but our Medical aid is still Suspended
Please activate the Membership asap and also advise on why the contributions seemed to have gone up again in Feb/Mar 2021
