Surely you can do better?

Forget that just getting authorization is a tedious process for anything. I am being handed over now for an outstanding account of an authorized claim, for pre-authorized treatments in Oct to Dec 2024, that was rejected supposedly over a missing referral letter, (that was provided) - and the reason that Sizwe refuses to pay is because the supplier sent the unpaid account to me instead of to them!? (Never mind that they have received everything via myself, via Mxolisi, the one person still trying over there, they insist on the proof that the practice queried the non-payment) they didn't query it, I did - within the 4 months!
