Stressed pregnant client, will take this further

It is so frastrating... I registered for sizwe maternity program went to my gyne only for my gyne to call and tell me that the claims have been rejected. Keep in mind I called sizwe twice before going to the gyne and I received a authorization code that suddenly does not work. I called sizwe to follow up no one can help... Claims department said they can not help me they transfered me to enable med and they said they can not help me as they only deal with day to day claims I was on the phone for over an hour being put through back and forth without any help eventually someone tried helping but Inow she is ignoring my emails. The gyne needs to be paid before my next appointment which is next week. What am I suppose to do it's stressing me out as my due date is drawing closer and this pathetic medical aid is refusing to help me after they receive their monthly payments on time every month, I believe all you people do is ***** from their clients because clearly we are not receiving the benefits promised to us
