I only give them one star as I cannot give them what they deserve, NOTHING at all. It was a sad day when Hosmed amalgamated with this useless lot. Their customer service is pathetic; they do NOT respond to any e-mails and do not honour their commitments as a Medical Scheme. Quick to send a Contribution Statement though. Only way to communicate with them is via the Council for Medical Schemes.
