Stay away from Sizwe! They are the worst

If I could rate them a 0, I would. Pathetic medical aid with pathetic customer service. I am still waiting for claim refunds since November 2022. Everytime I phone to follow up they give me a bull**** story. I have submitted 7 claims in total and don't get any feedback regarding my refunds. Sizwe is quick to take my monthly premium of R4000 but when it get to customer service they are NON EXISTANT!! I will not recommend Sizwe at all. I am busy shopping around for a new medical aid. Never in my life delt with such an in competent company. You are the WORSE. And please don't even bother to contact me to resolve the issue .... you had months to do it.
