I have been turned away by 2 doctors now who have stopped accepting sizwe hosmed because sizwe doesn't pay it's bills after consultation I tried calling the customer care center but you'll wait close to 30 minutes on hold then the call hangs without being assisted

I was due to go to the dentist but now they've canceled due to sizwe not settling bills I'm left stranded but I have a medical aid that deducts money without miss
