Slow Claims process and NO MATERNITY BAGS

I saw someone had written a review in 2020 or 2021 about Sizwe not providing them with a maternity bag , it is now 2023 and I am experiencing the same problem. Sizwe hosmed is great at answering calls when you call but actually doing what you request them to do is a mission. Every time i submit a claim i must call again to ensure the claim gets captured and processed , If i do not call the claim can take as long as 3 months. I have been waiting for a maternity bag since May 2023 . To date Sizwe keeps giving me stories and no straight answer as to why am i not getting a perk which comes with my membership. I know of at-least 5 other people who are saying they are changing medical aid ( moving from Sizwe). If you are thinking of joining them save yourself the hustle and DONT.
