Good day Dr .Simon Mangcwatywa, congratulations on your appointment as Principal Executive officer of Sizwe Hosmed medical aid which I am a member of.

I believe there a time and place for everything and what I am doing now is not correct way but I just cant stand it anymore, absolutely no service at all from my medical aid . emails and phone call about every day , just reference numbers and promises that a consultant will contact you back but nothing . I never ever experience such service before and the one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing, from one Dept to another Is their anyone that can contact me on *** because the service is absolutely bad.
