SIZWEHOSMED MEDICAL AID

So here I go again!!! I submitted a claim to the medical aid and once again I receive an automated message. The claim was submitted the 27/06/2022 and to date, I am still waiting for a refund. I do not understand how this medical aid claims department functions!!! I have emailed and sent follow up after follow up but just no response. I do not see why it is up to me to have to call the claims department for an update!! Surely this is part of the service they offer and part of membership premium been paid! I am so disappointed once again!!! Very quick to deduct your monthly premium but low and behold if you have a claim - who knows when you may receive a refund. And you are not even able to speak to a Team Leader or Claims Manager! Absolutely terrible service.
