SizweHosmed failure to deliver the medical aid card

I have been a member of SzweHosmed for a year now. I have been battling to get my medical aid card. I have been doing a follow up with them and every time i have been promised that they will send the medical aid card, till to date I havent received it. Yet, recently they have sent me a premium increase letter. I am really disappointed in SizweHosmed.
