SizweHosmed customer service is worse than that of Home Affairs

I recently moved to SizweHosmed after having cancelled my previous medical aid.

I then wanted some changes done regarding the effective date of joining the scheme after having received the membership certificate so that they can start billing. Now my challenge has been getting them to effect a change. I am the one who always have to follow up on them, they never get back to me nor send any form of communication regarding the query. Every time I call them I have to start the process from scratch.

If one thought Home Affairs is terrible, wait until you have to deal with SizweHosmed. Actually SizweHosmed makes Home Affairs service to even look better. They really dont care.
