Sizwe worst medical aid

I am a medical practice manager and am experiencing the worst service from Sizwe, we have to constantly query claims and the only response is claims still in processing. I have claims from 2023 still outstanding. These members are paying their contributions monthly but the doctors are not getting paid in return. We have decided not to service Sizwe members going forward and all outstanding claims are now for member liability.
