Sizwe very unhelpful does not come back to me

I have had issues since 2023 with medical aid . I only got 6 months worth of contact lenses and i need to get more for 1 1/2 more years but the medical aid did not even pay for the other 6 months worth so how must i get the others but medical aid states every 2 years : "quote from sizwe: 1 pair of permanent contact lenses every 2 years or 12 pairs of monthly disposable contact lenses per beneficiary per year. 100% Sizwe Rate Included in above" So please explain to me how this works ???? We are also now still waiting for our medical aid cards 1 whole year now please get back to me asap 1st question - Were is our medical aid cards? 2nd question - why did you not cover contact lenses for Jeannette Zerle? 3rd question - why cant i get 12 months worth of contact lenses? and please do not phone now as my husband can not take calls during working hours you can contact him at 230pm today
