Sizwe Stinks (2)

My first complaint that I submitted to Hellopeter concerning my complaint against Sizwe was made on 9 July 2026 and Sizwe rep**** on 10July 2026 which is all on record here at hellopeter The reply from Sizwe was the normal apology with the promise to "ESCALATE" my query for URGENT attention More than two months later I still have not heard a single word from them. The only communication that i have received was TWO messages giving me authorization numbers for myself and my wife and when I phoned Sizwe concerning these numbers I was told to ignore them because it was an error on their side!!! Do Sizwe have a Principal Officer? I doubt it very much because I sent emails on two occasions to his office and not ONE has been rep**** to. Depending on the reply from Sizwe concerning this complaint I will be forced to take the matter further to the Council for Medical Schemes and that is no threat but a promise Sizwe have been getting away with bad service delivery for far too long now and the lack of communication just carries on unabated.
