Sizwe still didnot resolve refund more than a month
After my last complaint about my refund sizwe has not resolved my refund they blocked me off facebook dont take my call thats how this organisation operates
Need some advice how to take this further... this company dont mind having a bad review.

24 Jun 2019, 10:34Sizwe acknowledges your query, we have tried to recall the funds from old account and authorisation was denied by the beneficiary's bank due to the following reason: the beneficiary bank’s client did not provide their bank with consent to debit their account in order for the funds to be recalled.
