Sizwe Savings not paid out

I have been with sizwe for 25 years about left them de 2024 had to wit 4 months to apply for my savings refund but the service now is poor poor poor The give you the run arou d all the time don't warry we will get someone to phone you yes his has been forwarded to finance to refund finance is working on it can not give date for refund. I still have accounts to settle not. Paid by them for 2023 which I am nor liable for I need someone's help to get this sorted I. Am not the only one there are other people at work waiting for refund as well what is the problem do you not have money give me back mine
