Sizwe refusal to pay disregarding pre-authorizing and member certificate
Sizwe hosmed is one hell of a medical scheme, I joined the scheme late February 22 and our benefit start date is 01/03/22. Later we registered our pragnancy through thier Bambino care, my partner received a call from sizwe hosmed to inform her that our Bambino care application has been approved and she can now consult with a gynecologist anytime from 1st June 22. We consulted and we were given a pre-authorizing number for the delivery, everything went well up until I registered my baby in July 22. I was told sizwe reviewed my account and my partner was supposed to be active from the 1st of July not June so thy are not paying.
