Sizwe Radiology Departments don't accept members anymore

I can't believe that Im about to type this about a medical aid that Ive trusted for 17 years. Before Hosmed merged with Sizwe. Sizwe is a medical aid and not an insurance they need to pay patients account because that is why we have medical aid. To our shock today we discovered that NOT ONE RADIOLOGY department will help and do scans if they belong to Sizwe. That cash must be paid upfront how on earth is that possible. You kept reaussuring us that everything will be okay and that we must not leave Sizwe and Now this!! In the most critical time ever when a MRI is much needed they say sorry not accepting sizwe, and in the meantime the scan is needed for a life threatening chronic condition Believe me when I say that Sizwe is gonna leave members in the dark overnight. In a already very stressful health concern situation right now we are left with Sizwe not helping at all because Sizwe does not pay doctors. Even with specislist referral letter, Radiology department won't help Sizwe members
