Sizwe NEVR responds to emails

Sizwe never replies to emails sent to them and then it becomes the customers responsibility to cover costs that Gap Cover we pay for, should have cost. This is the second time we get zero response from them. Why have a "claims" email address when we send information and request assistance. Really disappointing but at the end of the day, we will NOT pay on top of having medical aid and gap cover
