I want a statement of every account that has been issued to Sizwe during the dates stipulated above.

I have reached out to the Medical aid ombudsman and they would like to see what you have refused to pay and when? They also have proof of every reference number I have received. as well as all the documentation of how long it took to approve my husband's surgery in March, which due to the delay caused him to almost die.

I plan on taking this as far as I possilbly can now as I am getting calls from doctors handing me over to the ICT due to your lack of responsiblity and lack of competent people working as Sizwe Accounts Department.

I need this information TODAY, i will be sending a summons from my lawyer at the OMBUDSMUND IF THIS IS NOT TAKEN SERIOUS!!!!

Sizwe is single handedly responsibly for my husbands near death, and now to add insult to ingury you cant even reply to emails or sort bills.
