Sizwe medical scheme complaint

We have been with Sizwe medical scheme on and off since 2010. However last year they charged us double our premium at the end of January 2024 and after we escalated it took a few months for them to pay the money back. Now, at the end of this year January, they did the same thing charging us R14 000 when our premium is half of that. Of course we have to email and escalate the issue which is a lot of admin and not to mention that it takes time for that money to be paid back. I personally think that it is a very inconsiderate thing to do, especially when there is an agreed upon amount to be debited every month. People budget their finances according to their usual debits so to be taking money from people and calling it a mistake is absolutely disgusting. You are technically *****ing from people who trust your company, we are sick and tired of these ‘mistakes’.
