SIZWE MEDICAL FUND....... DONT GO THERE

I am honestly disgusted with Sizwe Medical Fund. Every email that I have sent in the last 2 years has always been "resolved' but I have had to email in again numerous times to try get an answer and yet I am still waiting for some of my emails to be answered to date.

I have even tried to lay a formal complaint and the email i get given doesnt exist!

Specialist visits dont get paid, even though I have followed all the steps necessary.... recieved a refferal letter and a auth code. Only to be told that the AUTH code doesnt exist on there side..... I AM MAD and very very unhappy about the service I am recieving
