Sizwe medical fund call centre not picking up calls

<p>I am 14 weeks pregnant registered in maternity benefit. But they claiming my pre natal visit from my day to day care. Rejected all claims for my pregnancy blood test. Called them today while day R150 airtime gone without consultant picking up my call. This is poor service for what we pay. I do not recommend this medical aid for any one. </p>
