Sizwe Medical are A Joke to Deal With

Absolutely shocking service Client has paid every month without fail for a gold account and every time she wants to use it the doctors or chemist say account is suspended when you call Sizwe i was on the the call with someone from the call centre for 47 min and got no where she eventually came back and said that the account was suspended when i asked why was told they dont know the contributions are up to date and then puts me on hold for a further 17min Nobody in this place gives a damn about service and if you get the slightest bit excited the phone gets put down on you this call centre is a Joke and cannot help in anyway if you want any further in call me *** But i dont expect anyone will call as nobody gives a cares in that company
