Sizwe Medical Aid - USELESS

So here we go - Sizwe firstly, incorrectly, cancel the main member's membership when they should havejust transfred me to a private client again (as per all paperwork submitted)... Then after many calls and mails they reactivate the membership but none of the claims submitted during the cancellation has been paid... To top it all off they over charge me with over R3000 and after another 3 weeks of emails back and forth they just inform me that my query has been resolved... HOW, Sizwe, HOW do you do this time and time again????
