SIZWE Medical Aid - Not Recommended

I was admitted to the Hospital in December. Sizwe sent me the authorization number via SMS. Then no further communication from Sizwe. Then on the 4th of January, I receive my statement and on the statement, my hospital is rejected because of no authorization. I sent them an email and their automatic response back is we will get back to you in 3-5 business days. I'm still waiting for Sizwe to respond. They never respond to emails. When I phoned they told me we did send you an email to say it was rejected. I have not received any communication from Sizwe about the Authorization being rejected or why. This is the worst medical aid I have ever used. I will not recommend them ever.
