Sizwe Medical Aid - don't bother joining them!!

Don't want to rate them, that is how bad they are. So you are thinking of joining a medial aid right - well please don't even bother joining Sizwe Coper Plan - you will be for ever disappointed. We tried to change in March to another option, but they informed us we must wait till January 2020 - no problem - but now we are in a situation where we must get approval for a scan, and they don't bother approving it. We've been waiting for 4 days now. Nothing, They are money wolfs - they don't care about anyone but themselves. I think that I must complain to the Medical Board about them. It's not fair when you pay every month for a service and they don't deliver. Pathetic!!!
