Sizwe medical aid BAD service

My husband and i joined Sizwe medical aid in 2007 through his company, in March 2014 his company was liquidated, we went to see a consultant in PE and was advised that i would have to take over the medical aid in my name as my husband didnt have a job at the moment, I changed the medical aid into my name in April 2014<br> I fell pregnant in September 2014, and registered for the maternity program, and received an authorisation letter confirming i have 9 GP visits, and 2 specialist visit, but can go to the specialist if i wanted to but would pay in the difference, which we have been doing. I've been to Dr 6 times so far and now they tell me i have exceeded my visits and wont be paying further, i'm only 26 weeks now, and they say they won't pay out of my day to day benefits either. When i queried this with the call centre last week they told me i have over R5000 in my maternity program, and they can't understand why they not paying, this morning when i phoned it was a different story and that they not paying, the consultant even threw the phone down in my ear. I need to speak to someone more senior who can clarify things for me in writing
