Sizwe medical aid

This is getting rediculous its now since January 2020 that we tried to get a debit order in place for the 15th and each month they try to debit on the 2nd we did explain that the pension only be paid on the 10th of each month. We did speak to Nkosinathi and he assured us this was rectified. My question is who is going to pay the penalty funds back each month my other d/o get rejected so my question if d/o do not go off whos gonna give me back the penalty fees???? I so regret switching over to Sizwe.. i want my penalty fees back and no more d/o for Sizwe... my nr is ***
