Sizwe medical aid

<p>I'm a member of sizwe medical aid for 7 years now, and its my first time attempting to claim for a consultation I did not claim before because of the go around they give you when you are claiming. now finally I claimed because I needed my money but it's been 2 months of no luck I would stay on the phone for hours without assistance when someone finally picks up the phone they would hang up during the conversation, so much poor service. will be changing to discovery can't afford to be paying so much without service . </p>
