Sizwe makes empty promises and ignore their customers

I have reached the point where I no longer know what else to do to get a response from this medical aid. Despite multiple emails and follow ups I have not received a response or indication of when my money will be paid up. Emails appear to be ignored yet responses are posted on this platform without any meaningful action being taken. Responding for the sake of it is not the same as resolving a members complaints. This is my money that is due to me I should not have to repeatedly chase this organization. I am asking for the money owed to me to be paid back.
