Sizwe is the worst
I have been trying to get direction from Sizwe regarding chronic medication. Since 21 August 2019 all I have received is reference numbers. Nothing else. Since 2001 they have been receiving my medical aid contribution on a monthly basis. The assistance that I am getting from them is more than disappointing, it is non-existentant. I would not recommend this medical fund to anybody. I rate them terrible because there is not another option worse than terrible.
