Sizwe is pathetic

I have been trying for 10 months now to resolve a hospital account from my mom that passed away 30 sept 2025. Acccount 280 000.00. they paid and then retracted the payment. Every time it is a different story. Now it is codes that are missing.. 10 month later.. seriously. And every time I am on hild for an hour just to be told it will be escalated. Yesterday I got the coldest rudeness . How do they expect me to pay this acccount and how am I supposed to get closure and morn my mom if I keep gettting harassed for acounts to get paid. No one is giving me answers or try to help me solve this account.. pathetic service. And to think I was the one who always suggested Sizwe as there was never a problem. Disgusted in them
