Sizwe is becoming pathetic.

I just can't anymore. Sizwe is going downhill. Service is poor unfortunately. Had a operation on 22nd October that I'm still recovering from and it's been hell with Sizwe not paying MRI (MRI was on 23rd September and only paid this week, after back and forth). Now I'm getting emails from the anesthesiologist stating Sizwe didn't the account after they contacted Sizwe 2 times. Even though the procedure was in-hospital. I asked why this wasn't paid and got no reply, just the usual automated response.

To make matters worse, I received a script from my psychiatrist that Sizwe was supposed to approve for chronic(something that they've done in the past quite easily I might add). It's been more than 2 months since the doctor sent the script for approval. Eventually someone from Sizwe got back to me asking for the script. Sent it a few days ago (18th December), and it was forwarded to chronic. Asked for an update yesterday, no reply.

I need that medication for my mental health issues. This is completely unacceptable. So fed up again with Sizwe. They used to be good, but now I don't know. Would rate 0 stars if I could, really. Wish I could just take legal action.
