Sizwe Hosmed's Negligence and Poor Service Delivery

I was hospitalized and diagnosed with a chronic condition on January,I was later discharged by a specialist physician with a prescription,I went to collect medication as my situation was bad.When I got to the counter they couldn't assist me because Sizwe Hosmed did not authorize the collection of medication.Due to the condition I was in,I had to pop out money from my pocket while I'm paying them a monthly subscription.They have been taking me from a pillar to a post whereby I agreed to myself that with my capacity at work I must ensure that fellow employees opt to another service provider because when assessing the working environment,one can die into Sizwe Hosmed's hands.i borrowed that money and must be paid with interest.Hellopetr please help me to find my money
