Sizwe-Hosmed - worst Medical aid

My parents' medical aid is with Sizwe Hosmed. There is a medical account for a hospital outstanding since November 2022. I have been following up religiously, but with no luck for it to get paid. On the 10th of May, the case manager, Pumla, acknowledge that it was Sizwe's mistake as they did not update the codes and therefore it was not paid. They will pay the account. To date NO payment, to DATE other invoices also outstanding. Every time my number is taken and I'm told that they will give me feedback on why - the last I was told was on the 19th of July - NO FEEDBACK, NO PAYMENT.
