The medical aid has refused to pay a full hospital consultation admissions and the consulted by the name Khetu Tandane informed me that unfortunately there is nothing they can do as the medical aid paid short because thats the hospital scheme rate yet in 2022 the hospital consultation admissions was paid in full with less ICD 10 codes than codes in 2014. Then I was consulting with one of their reps Nonhlanhla Ndlovu she decided to be silent on me, basically no one at Sizwe Hosmead is willing to assist me. On another hand ER consulting wants to take me to court because of what Sizwe has done
