Sizwe hosmed useless medical aid and management

Pathetic service from useless unqualified staff who don't know a thing about medical services and how to deal with issues. My important chronic medication has been turned down NOW after being with Hosmed for over 20 years. Hosmed and sizwe amalgamated and during that phase valuable patient files was not properly transferred over. Due to their neglect they are now refusing to honour my chronic medication I need to live. They have a don't care attitude after me telling them I was on this medication for the last ten years plus. Their useless staff who are brain dead just reads the the message written out for them their answer is always you need to do a retest because we lost your files Don't ever take a medical aid with them they are useless to the core just another useless managed entity in south africa where qualification is non existent as long as they acquire your funds .I am going to change my medical aid to another reliable company who cares like Bonitas
