Sizwe Hosmed Sinking Ship

I work with a Neurosurgeon's accounts and have never dealt with such a poor administrator of a fund. Submit bills and they are not paid as per SAMA protocols. They also do not send back for reprocessing and the doctors wait months for their money, the patients then have to be called for these fees that their fund is supposed to pay. The Doctor signed a contract with the fund that is active as early as August 2022 and they don't even have it in effect. I see how this ship they are currently on is sinking with no improvements
