Sizwe Hosmed refusing minimum pmb level oncology care

I'm a cancer patient and have never had any problems with Sizwe Hosmed, in fact I have been recommending Sizwe Hosmed to everyone.

However I'm very disappointed and shocked with the treatment I'm getting from Sizwe Hosmed as of the last week.

Apparently my oncology benefit are almost depleted, and Sizwe Hosmed is refusing to pay for any further treatment for myself stating that my cancer is a non PMB related cancer. Usually if a benefit is depleted and it's a PMB cancer the medical aid must pay 80%and the patient 20%.

My cancer is a minimum pmb level of care cancer.

Please can someone from Sizwe Hosmed correct this.
