Sizwe Hosmed - Pathetic

We find ourselves at the mercy of the Curator who has not had the decency in weeks to inform the members of Sizwe Hosmed as to the solvency situation the company finds itself in. No member statements have been sent out since mid December 2025 and we are now sitting at the end of January 2026. When we request a statement to see if any accounts have been paid which they haven't we are told that an email request must be sent to management and only the call center can send the mail. Not surprising that no response has been forthcoming. To add insult to injury they have moved over to a new system and IT now cannot send out statements, all of this whilst under curatorship. Actually there was one email back in December advising that Sizwe will be closing earlier than usual on Friday 12 December 2025 possibly for their Christmas holidays? Who know. It makes one wonder if they are still on their holiday as communication has fallen silent. As Sizwe says "thank you for continuing this journey with us, we are still here for you". I sincerely doubt they are there for anyone.

Oncology benefits still not authorised which is the same problem every single January of each year. PMB invoices not paid in full only partially. Call center agents putting you on hold to rate their service, really! Guess what rating you got!

Come on Sizwe start treating your members with some sort of respect.
