Sizwe Hosmed ***** on tax certificates!!

My son went for a colonoscopy in Feb 2023... yes 2023. Sizwe claim they have paid the hospital - which we had authorization for. They even sent me a claims statement as proof that they paid it. The hospital claims that they have not been paid. They sent me proof in the form of a claims statement from Sizwe - Sizwe indeed paid the claim and revered the payment on the same day. The hospital has now handed my account over for collection - my credit record! It has been a backward and forwards battle for 3 years. I am stuck in the middle! I cannot do anything about it... and I am not going to pay the hospital! But wait, get this, Sizwe even furnished me with a tax certificate reflecting the payment to the hospital.... Now that, my friend, is *****! I will be opening a ***** case against Sizwe as this it what SARS can do to me if I submit it. Sizwe has until the end of May to settle this. BTW... you hold on for more than an hour just for a call to be dropped... so I will not be phoning again as I have spent thousands of rands on phone calls!!!!
