Sizwe Hosmed not paying providers after authorisation has been obtained

This is the second or third time that I have to complain about the scheme. We follow the process and get authorisation for procedures and they are just not paying the provider, and it is becoming my problem. I have made a complaint at the Council for Medical Schemes for someone else to manage this as it is getting ridiculous.
