Sizwe Hosmed No Claim Feedback
I submitted a doctor visit claim for the 29th Apr 2022 on the 29th Apr 2022, I have emailed it numerous times (9th, 23rd May 2022) to ***, all I get back is an auto reply 'we are looking into it' I then sent this claim to *** (27th May 2022) and I get the same auto reply 'we are looking into it'. This Is Very Unprofessional and Annoying, Is there anyone who can help with this, there never used to be an issues with 'sizwe medical aid', I really do not know what is going on, I have been with Sizwe for a Couple of decades. Regards
